ABOUT ME
I'm a volunteering strategist and non-profit specialist with twenty years experience across the UK charity sector and central government.
Whether I’m acting as consultant, analyst, operational lead or partnership builder, I help non-profits grow by getting more from their most intangible assets - their brand and reputation, their volunteers, knowledge, data and relationships.
I’ve worked extensively in the volunteering, youth, sport, disability and environment sectors and held senior strategic and operational roles in policy and comms, business and workforce development, infrastructure and membership services, community development and charity governance.
This breadth of experience and diversity of insight allows me to create tangible new value for those I support.
Outside of work I’m passionate about making a difference locally - I volunteer as Clerk to the Board of Trustees at The Huntingdon Commemoration Hall and also help organise the annual Needingworth Community Music Festival.
